At its root, conflict and cooperation behavior is inherently biological. However, efforts to understand this behavior are highly interdisciplinary drawing upon anthropology, biology, evolutionary dynamics, psychology, sociology, economics, political science, mathematics, computer science, complex systems, and many other fields. This annotated bibliography seeks to provide a entry point into these literatures. The bibliography is an early work in progress, with entries in the database growing rapidly. Soon, open source features will allow everyone to contribute to the growth of this resource. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
